Wine

Bird in Hand Marie Elizabeth Cabernet Sauvignon is grown in the Central Hills, Woodside and Balhannah districts of the Adelaide Hills.

It is released in the Tribute series, an extremely rare and artisanal range of wine.

After ageing 24 months in tightly grained French oak, the wine is blended from only the finest barrels. It has won a gold medal in The International Wine Challenge in London, one of the world's leading wine competitions.

The wine is made in very limited quantities of individually numbered bottles.

A deep crimson, Bird in Hand Marie Elizabeth Cabernet Sauvignon has a silky palate with powerful, structured tannins and a lingering finish. Cellaring potential is 12 years.
